Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Australia Study Counsellor to guide students through the entire study abroad journey for Australia. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Australian universities, admission processes, visa requirements, and excellent counselling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in Australia.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and study pathways.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Assist students with SOPs, documentation, offer letters, and enrolment procedures.
- Provide accurate information on Australian student visas, intake deadlines, scholarships, and post-study opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.




- Maintain regular communication with prospective students and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with university representatives and admission teams.
- Update and manage student records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and conversion targets.
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Australia education counselling or study abroad consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Australian universities, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, sales, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
