We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented skilled to manage material planning, inventory control, material receipt and issuance, subcontracting activities, and stores operations. The role will ensure timely material availability, accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and effective coordination with Purchase, Production, Accounts, Quality, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day stores and material management activities.

- Coordinate with Production and Purchase for material planning and availability.

- Handle material receipt, verification, GRN, and ERP updates.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and minimum stock levels.

- Manage subcontracting material inward/outward movement and documentation.

- Ensure proper material storage, handling, identification, and issuance.

- Conduct stock verification, physical counting, and reconciliation.

- Coordinate with suppliers for shortages, discrepancies,



and corrective actions.

- Coordinate supplier invoice processing with Accounts.

- Maintain ERP records, registers, and store documentation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Support inventory optimization, wastage reduction, and process improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and stores controls.

- Qualification: Any Diploma / Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech.

- Preferred:

- Electrical background, especially candidates with experience in electrical or manufacturing stores.

- Experience:

- 0–2 years in Stores/Inventory/Material Management, preferably in an electrical or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
