Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.

Manager ensures a high standard of customer service, resolves customer concerns, and maintains an engaging in-store experience aligned with Blackberrys’ brand values. The role includes monitoring store profitability, managing loss prevention measures, preparing reports,



and collaborating with regional leadership on sales strategies and promotional activities.

Manager also leads, trains, and motivates the team to achieve targets and uphold consistent service and presentation standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a premium in-store experience and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with management.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills to handle daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to safeguard merchandise, reduce shrinkage, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Experience in fashion or apparel retail management is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead teams, set goals, and drive sales performance.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, business, or a related field preferred.
