Role Description The Store Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, focused on supporting daily operations in the warehouse and store area.

Responsibilities include receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and labelling of raw materials and finished goods. The role involves assisting with order picking, packing, and dispatch, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and keeping the store area clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.

Assistant will also support stock audits, report discrepancies, and provide basic customer and internal team support as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service capabilities to support internal requests and occasional buyer or vendor interactions.
- Retail Sales or store operations experience, including handling stock, orders, and basic documentation.
- Organization Skills for managing inventory, maintaining records, and keeping the store area structured and efficient.
- Training experience or willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Excel, inventory software) and comfort with documentation.
- Prior experience in warehousing, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Minimum high school/secondary education; a diploma or degree in commerce, logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and follow food safety and hygiene practices.
