Qualification

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration
- 1–4 years of clinical nursing experience
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation

Job SummaryThe Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering secure, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants.
- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards.




- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
- Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.
