Summary

The SSIS Developer plays a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions within a globally recognized financial services organization. Based in the captive technology hub in Mumbai, this position is central to enabling seamless data flow across diverse systems and advancing the group’s digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will utilize SSIS to develop high-performance, reliable ETL processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across international operations. Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration packages using SSIS.
- Build and optimize ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from multiple heterogeneous sources.
- Write, debug, and enhance complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support integration requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and software developers to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and resolve issues in SSIS packages to ensure data integrity, system stability, and optimal performance.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration standards and best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Proven track record in ETL development and end-to-end data integration projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Familiarity with additional Microsoft SQL Server components such as T-SQL, SSRS, and SSAS is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cooperative, and globally distributed environment.
