:

- Graduate Engineer BE or BTech in Electrical engineering from reputed collage with 7 to 10 years of experience. (No part time or evening collage )
- Preferably from machine building industry / plant equipment
- Knowledge of EPLAN is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ERP system must. (Preferably Ms dynamics NAV or BC
- Stability in previous employment also needs to be considered ( frequent jumping candidates not preferred.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in machine building or plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical design, panel layout, and automation systems using EPLAN, with solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or BC). The role demands a results-oriented individual with reliable career history and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute electrical design for custom-built machines and plant equipment using EPLAN.

- Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams in compliance with industry standards.

- Coordinate with mechanical, automation, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and project timelines.

- Review and optimize electrical BOMs, panel specifications, and control architectures.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and internal quality procedures.





- Supervise electrical assembly, installation, and commissioning support as needed.

- Troubleshoot electrical issues during production and provide technical resolutions.

- Maintain and update engineering documentation through ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV/BC preferred).

- Support cost estimation and project planning activities.

- Guide and mentor junior engineers or technicians as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (full-time only, no part-time or evening college accepted).

- Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in machine building or plant equipment sectors.

- Mandatory expertise in EPLAN software for electrical design.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.

- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, PLC interfacing, motors, drives, and instrumentation.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Must demonstrate employment stability; frequent job changes will be viewed critically.

Preferred Attributes:

- Hands-on experience with field wiring, electrical testing, and commissioning.

- Knowledge of international electrical standards (IEC, UL, CE).

- Experience in working with cross-functional and international teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
