NThe Role We are looking for a Head of Sales who is completely obsessed with driving revenue and closing deals. We need a hands-on leader who can take on tough quotas, break them down, and relentlessly guide the team to hit them every single month. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from setting the strategy to getting the final sign-off from enterprise clients.
NWhat you'll be doing: Taking charge of the entire sales pipeline and closing high-ticket deals directly with banks, NBFCs, and large corporates.

NWho we're looking for: You have a very strong track record of closing complex fintech enterprise deals.

- You have deep, proven experience selling directly to banks and NBFCs, and you understand exactly how these institutions evaluate and buy financial technology.

- You are highly target-driven, persistent, and don't take "no" for an answer easily.
