Job Title:- ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Specialist (VR & SIR)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Experience: 5+ yrs ServiceNow (3+ in SecOps – VR & SIR)

What you'll do

- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SecOps modules — VR and SIR (workflows, playbooks, dashboards, business rules)
- Integrate threat intel (Anomali, Recorded Future) and scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7); connect SIEM, CMDB and ticketing systems
- Build automation and remediation via Flow Designer / SOAR — enrichment, auto-assignment, escalation, resolution
- Gather requirements with security, risk & IT teams; own UAT, cutover, documentation and client knowledge transfer

What you'll bring

- 5+ years on ServiceNow, with 3+ years in SecOps (VR & SIR)



and 2+ full-lifecycle VR/SIR implementations
- Hands-on scripting (JavaScript, Glide API); familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK;, NIST and SOC operations
- Solid troubleshooting, performance tuning and stakeholder management

Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA (mandatory) • CIS – Security Incident Response • CIS – Vulnerability Response • ITIL v4 Foundation

Nice to have: SOAR in ServiceNow, GRC/IRM module, multi-org/global deployments and domain separation.
