Role Description The Sr Full Stack (Golang) role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services that support Etech’s customer experience and AI technology platforms. This role involves building robust backend services in Golang, integrating with databases and APIs, and contributing to frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Day-to-day tasks include translating business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, and collaborating closely with product managers,



QA engineers, and other developers. The role also includes optimizing application performance, ensuring security and compliance standards are met, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. Senior team members are expected to mentor other developers, advocate best practices, and actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What You'll Do as a Senior Full

Stack

Engineer , you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance financial applications. You will:

- Build and optimize web and mobile applications using React and React Native
- Develop backend services and APIs with GO
- Work with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS-PostgreSQL

, and DynamoDB

- Implement payment processing features, ensuring security and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust software solutions

- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in software development
- Utilize GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jira for version control and project tracking
- Ensure application performance, scalability,



and security across multiple platforms

- Participate in continuous code improvements and contribute to process enhancements alongside QA and product teams

What We're Looking For

- Five or more years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role

- Strong proficiency in React, React Native, GO
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS-PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Experience with RESTful API development and third-party API integrations

- A passion for building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications

Qualifications

- Robust backend development skills, including Golang, RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and integration with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Reactnative), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI implementation.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for modern deployment practices.
- Experience with testing frameworks, unit and integration testing, code quality tools, and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of security and compliance principles, particularly in environments aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA requirements.
