We’re looking for a B2B business development professional who can build enterprise opportunities through ABM, account research and targeted outreach - not bulk email campaigns.

What you’ll do
Identify and research target enterprise accounts
Map decision-makers and build account-specific outreach
Execute ABM campaigns through LinkedIn, email and calls
Understand business problems and qualify opportunities
Generate qualified discovery meetings and manage follow-ups
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Work directly with founders and technical teams through the sales process

What we’re looking for
3-5 years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Technology / IT Solutions sales
Strong ABM, outbound prospecting and account research skills
Experience identifying and engaging senior decision-makers
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach
Robust communication, follow-up and ownership
Manufacturing / Industrial Technology exposure is a plus
