Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance back-end software solutions that support Honeywell’s consumer services and technology initiatives.

Specialist & Quality Engineering Lead delivering enterprise Video Surveillance, Access Control, IoT, and Cloud Security products.



Extensive experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, and customers to define requirements, validate product capabilities, drive release planning, and improve customer outcomes and optimizing application performance and scalability.. Proven expertise in Agile environments, stakeholder management, user story refinement, feature validation, and product innovation with multiple patent filings. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in technical discussions, and ensure quality product is delevering to customer based on the requiremnt. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes, and supporting deployment and maintenance of production systems.
