Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
Coordinate with creative, design, video, e-commerce, and other teams for project execution.
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Build and maintain robust,



long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate revisions and ensure client feedback is properly communicated to the concerned team.
Maintain records of client communication, requirements, and project status.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support business growth.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Valuable interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role is preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

A confident, organized, and responsible individual who can effectively manage clients while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
