Roles & Responsibilities
Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
Monitor company accounts, financial performance, and profitability.
Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and control costs.
Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and financial institutions.
Establish robust internal financial controls and risk management systems.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Oversee accounting and finance teams and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage banking relationships, loans, investments, and other financial matters.




Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Excellent understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
Robust analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
