We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, emails, references, online platforms, and customer visits.
Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Introduce company products/services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
Prepare quotations and communicate pricing and product details to customers.
Negotiate with customers and convert business opportunities into orders.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and customer requirements.




Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct customer visits and business meetings when required.
Identify new markets, customers, and business prospects.
Maintain customer databases and regular follow-up records.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity and performance reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Any Degree / Diploma qualification.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Hindi or Telugu knowledge will be an added advantage.
Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
Confident, positive, and professional attitude.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Email.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
