We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Compliance & Improvement Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in clinical compliance and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective clinical compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in clinical trials and research studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance clinical trial delivery.
Provide training and guidance on clinical compliance matters to staff members.
Monitor and report on clinical compliance metrics to senior management.




Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance in clinical trials and research studies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences.
Proven experience in clinical compliance and improvement within the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of regulatory requirements governing clinical trials and research studies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
