Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery, and requirements.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly CRM, sales, and customer follow-up reports.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Support the sales team in order processing and customer coordination.
Ensure timely and qualified communication with customers.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Diploma preferred.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or manufacturing industry.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
