We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Instructor to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical research and development, with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for clinical trial staff on Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with GCP guidelines and provide coaching and feedback to investigators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver educational materials and resources for clinical trials.
Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and company policies to clinical trial staff.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.




Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.
Proven experience in clinical research and development, preferably in an instructional role.
Solid knowledge of GCP principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to travel frequently to sites across the country.
Familiarity with educational technologies and software applications used in training and development.
