About Bizex4UBizex4U is an integrated media solutions company helping brands unlock advertising opportunities through media barter, media buying and offline media execution across India.

The RoleEvery client starts with a conversation.

Your job is to create those conversations.

You'll research target companies, identify the right decision-makers, write personalized emails and LinkedIn messages, follow up and generate qualified meetings.

This is not telecalling. You'll be learning modern B2B outbound sales from the ground up.

What You'll Do
Research target companies across consumer brands and other priority industries
Identify marketing, brand, commercial and procurement decision-makers
Build and maintain prospect lists
Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
Manage follow-ups and responses
Qualify prospects and book meetings
Maintain CRM and outreach trackers
Track response rates, meetings and conversion




Test different messaging and share what works

What We're Looking For
Strong written English
Good research skills
Comfortable with LinkedIn
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
Persistent and target-oriented
Robust attention to detail
Curious about businesses and brands

Good to have: Apollo, Sales Navigator, CRM or prior sales/growth experience. Who Will SucceedYou're curious about how companies make money.
