We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Insights Analyst to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and data analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Analyze complex clinical trial data to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain databases and systems to track and manage clinical trial data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement current clinical trials and studies.
Provide expert-level support for data-driven decision making across the organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in clinical research.




Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on clinical trial conduct and data management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline or related field.
Proven experience in clinical trial management, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
