Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cúram Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing applications built on the Cúram platform and a solid foundation in software testing methodologies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of social program management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Cúram-based applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across Cúram modules.
Develop automation test cases using industry standard tools.
Validate Cúram Express Rules and Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) components.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and assist in test workplace setup and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
2.5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Cúram platform.
Experience in writing and executing test cases based on business requirements.
Proficiency in using test automation tools.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management systems.
Basic knowledge of Java, XML, or SQL is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
Cúram certification is advantageous but not required.
Experience working in government or healthcare domain projects.
