Job Role: Computer Service & Customer Handling
Key Responsibilities:
Handle computer/laptop hardware and software service issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
Install and configure Windows, drivers, software, and applications.
Provide customer support and explain technical issues clearly.
Receive customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate service requests, repairs, and follow-ups.
Maintain service records and update customers about repair status.
Handle customers professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
