Role & responsibilities
Ability to drive a minimum of 80Km per day.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
Starting business in a recent village.
Collection of current dues.
Submit daily collection reports to the Branch Manager.
Group-wise collection as per scheduled time by following the process.
Village identification within the radius.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in person.
Feasibility study of the village based on demographics, activities and financial needs of the customers.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Regular monitoring of clients by conducting meetings.
