We are expanding our operations and looking for a strong Clinical Lead to drive clinical excellence and team performance.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and accountable Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. This is not a passive role — you will be expected to take ownership, lead from the front, and build a reliable care system.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all clinical operations and care delivery
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
Supervise, train, and support nursing and care staff
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalised care plans
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and external healthcare professionals
Monitor quality of care and implement continuous improvements
Handle clinical escalations and critical cases effectively




Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
Support management in audits, licensing, and clinical governance

Requirements:
Nursing Background (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home care / hospital experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good understanding of clinical compliance and healthcare regulations
Willingness to travel locally if required
