VLH Bansal Motors is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, website and other channels.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Maintain customer information and interaction records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Schedule customer meetings and vehicle visits.
Collect customer feedback and resolve basic queries.
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery.
Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.

Requirements
1–2 years of customer service/CRM experience preferred.
Good verbal and written communication.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
CRM experience will be an advantage.
Qualified and positive attitude.
