About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to handle structural design, analysis, and preparation of drawings for residential and commercial projects in Mumbai. The candidate should have strong experience in RCC design, coordination with architects, and preparation of structural drawings for approvals and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis
Carry out structural design and analysis of RCC buildings (residential / redevelopment projects)
Design slabs, beams, columns, footings, and foundations
Ensure structural safety, efficiency, and cost optimization
Design Calculations & Software
Prepare detailed structural design calculations and reports
Use software such as ETABS, PROTECTED, STAAD Pro for analysis and design
Optimize designs based on architectural constraints and site conditions
Drawings & Detailing
Prepare and review structural drawings including:
Column layouts
Beam-slab drawings
Footing and foundation drawings
Reinforcement detailing (RCC detailing)
Coordinate closely with draftsmen for accurate detailing
Coordination
Work closely with architects to align structural and architectural layouts
Coordinate with MEP consultants to avoid clashes




Provide structural inputs during planning and feasibility stages
Approvals & Compliance
Ensure compliance with relevant codes (IS codes, NBC, local regulations)
Assist in approvals and respond to authority queries if required
Site Support
Visit site periodically to ensure drawings are executed correctly
Resolve structural issues and provide solutions during construction
Review bar bending schedules (BBS) and site execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E. Structural preferred)
6–12 years of experience in structural design of buildings
Solid knowledge of RCC design and detailing
Proficiency in ETABS / STAAD / SAFE
Positive understanding of IS codes and construction practices

Preferred Experience
Experience in redevelopment / high-rise residential projects in Mumbai
Familiarity with local approval processes and coordination requirements
Experience working with real estate developers or structural consultants

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
