Marikar Group is one of Kerala’s most trusted automotive dealership networks. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our prominent dealerships (Marikar Honda / Marikar Royal Enfield) located in Trivandrum.

Job Brief

We are seeking a pleasant, smart, and communicative individual to act as the primary point of contact for our showroom visitors. In this role, you will welcome customers, handle their initial queries, guide them through our vehicle range, and ensure they receive a top-tier brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Greeting & Reception: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their requirements, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service consultants.
Inquiry Management: Answer basic product, price, and availability queries regarding Honda or Royal Enfield motorcycles in person and over phone calls.
Database Management: Maintain daily records of visitor walk-ins, customer contact details, and follow-up logs accurately.
Coordination: Bridge communication between walk-in clients and the sales/service team to ensure prompt assistance.
Showroom Presentation:



Ensure the front desk and reception area are well-organized, neat, and professional at all times.
Customer Feedback: Assist in gathering initial customer feedback regarding showroom experiences or service delivery.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSE) or equivalent qualification. Freshers or candidates with brief experience in customer-facing roles are welcome to apply.
Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pleasant, polite, and confident demeanor.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office / basic data entry).
Location: Candidates residing in and around Trivandrum are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹13,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skillset).
