We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to lead a small team and ensure exceptional customer engagement. This role requires solid expertise in jewellery sales and customer service, with the ability to handle escalations and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 7 – 10 sales executives
Oversee daily customer interactions and guide the team for quality service
Take ownership of complex or escalated customer queries
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to support sales
Train, mentor, and support team members
Track customer feedback and suggest improvements
Job requirements:
5 – 10 years of experience in jewellery with a focus on sales and customer service
Prior experience in team handling is required
Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric approach with strong conflict resolution ability
Good understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
