Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic & international travel inquiries from B2C clients via calls, WhatsApp & emails.
Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, cruises & travel insurance.
Customize tour itineraries & packages as per client requirements.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings including sightseeing tours, transfers & activities.
Provide accurate travel consultancy on destinations, travel routes, and visa requirements.
Stay updated with latest travel trends, airline deals, and hotel offers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service delivery.





Skills Required:
Strong communication and sales skills
Valuable knowledge of international destinations
Ability to convert leads into sales
Positive follow-up and client handling skills
Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation
