Reporting To: Operations Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst to support Invoice Management operations by converting raw data into actionable insights. This role focuses on productivity, accuracy, SLA tracking, and operational dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards
Analyze invoice volume, complexity, productivity, accuracy, and SLA trends
Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting effort
Track KPIs such as invoices per FTE, accuracy %, TAT, backlog aging
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions
Support leadership reviews and client reporting
Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Technology teams

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)




SQL for data extraction and validation
Dashboard tools Power BI / Tableau
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable to Have
Experience in Invoice Processing / Finance Operations
Knowledge of complexity-based productivity models
Exposure to OCR or automation workflows

Education
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
Certifications in Data Analytics or Power BI are a plus
