Job Overview

Cloudex Radiology is looking for a Data & MIS Analyst to manage, analyze, and improve operational data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The role involves spreadsheet process building, data cleaning, reporting, visualization, and providing insights to different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain processes, trackers, and reports using Google Sheets(primarily).
Extract, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple Google Sheets.
Use formulas, functions, lookups, queries, and linking techniques to manage complex data.
Create reports, dashboards, charts, and meaningful data visualizations.
Identify trends, errors, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Apply basic statistical concepts such as mean, median, variance, and standard deviation(over the surface knowledge only).
Coordinate with Reception, Clinical Tele Coordinators, Transcription, Sales, Radiographers, Operations, HR, Accounts, and other teams.
Communicate data-related issues, findings, and insights to management and concerned personnel.




Maintain data accuracy and reduce manual work and duplicate entries.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Google Sheets.
Valuable numerical, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of spreadsheet formulas and functions.
Basic statistical knowledge.
Data visualization skills in google sheets.
Positive communication and computer skills.
Knowledge of Google Workspace.

Good to Have
Data visualization knowledge in any BI.
Basic knowledge of EHR, RIS, PACS, or medical imaging.
Healthcare background with an interest in data analysis.

Qualification
Plus Two with relevant computer /google sheets/Excel/data-analysis training or
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Note: Advanced data science, machine learning, and predictive modelling are not currently primary requirements. The main focus is Google Sheets, data management, analysis, reporting, visualization, and process improvement. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
