UFLY International Aviation Academy is looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Deputy Branch Manager to support the smooth operation and growth of our branch.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
Handle student enquiries, counselling, and admissions.
Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve targets.
Manage customer/client relationships and follow-ups.
Support marketing and promotional activities for the academy.
Monitor admission and sales performance.
Maintain proper records and reports.
Coordinate with students, parents, staff, and management.
Ensure excellent customer service and a skilled setting.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch revenue and admission targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, education, counselling, customer service, or branch management will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates with experience in the aviation/education industry will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
