Description

We are looking for a Data Research Executive to support our sales and business development team through lead research, data management, and tool operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with platforms like Apollo, Hunter, Contact Out and CRM systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and process efficiency. This role offers robust growth opportunities in sales operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage AI-powered research tools (Apollo.io) to build targeted lead lists
Apply ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) filters to identify the right companies and decision-makers
Qualify and verify AI-generated lead data before it enters the CRM pipeline
Conduct deep-dive research on high-priority accounts before client meetings (company background, recent news, funding, pain points)
Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date records across Zoho CRM
Coordinate data flow between Apollo → Clay → Zoho CRM → JustCall
Track and remove stale, duplicate, or low-quality leads from the pipeline
Monitor buying signals — job postings, funding announcements, leadership changes — for target accounts
Support the BDE and consultant with pre-call research briefs and prospect summaries

Qualifications




1 Year of experience in a sales support, research, or data operations role
Comfortable working with online tools, dashboards, and data platforms
High attention to detail — accuracy of data is your primary KPI
Good written English for summarising company and contact research
Basic understanding of B2B sales concepts and what makes a qualified lead
Bachelor's degree in any field — Business, Commerce, IT, or related preferred

Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or any CRM
Curiosity and willingness to learn recent AI and sales automation tools quickly
Organised, process-driven, and able to manage repetitive tasks without losing quality
Interest in technology, startups, or IT services sector

Additional Information
Based in Vadodara, full-time on-site presence required
Structured role with clear daily and weekly output targets
Hands-on training provided on all tools — Apollo, Clay, Zoho CRM, JustCall
Strong growth path into a BDE or Sales Operations role for the right candidate
