Responsibilities
Perform accurate estimation and quantity take-off for high-rise building projects.
Conduct cost analysis to ensure project viability and adherence to budget.
Coordinate structural and design aspects with relevant teams.
Prepare comprehensive construction documentation.
Interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
Ensure all designs and estimations comply with relevant construction standards and practices.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
Solid knowledge of estimation, quantity take-off, and cost analysis.
Proven experience in structural/design coordination and construction documentation.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings with precision.
Positive knowledge of relevant construction standards and practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
