We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to assist patients with calls, enquiries, and appointment coordination.
Responsibilities
Attend patient calls and respond to basic enquiries.
Assist with appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmation.
Share basic information about clinic services.
Maintain call and appointment details.
Coordinate with the clinic team when required.
Requirements
Any Degree or Diploma.
Freshers can apply.
Tamil communication is required.
Basic English and computer knowledge.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,866.04 - ₹30,935.40 per month
