Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Kolkata for a Customer Service Executive. The individual will be responsible for managing customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and providing outstanding service. Core duties include addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, managing customer interactions,



and maintaining a positive customer experience to build long-lasting relationships. The role also involves enhancing service delivery through proactive engagement and communication.

Qualifications
Robust Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Proficient in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to enhance client engagement and loyalty
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to foster positive interactions with customers and team members
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and quick-paced environment
Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in a technology or services industry
Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field is a plus
