Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Brand Executive to strengthen our online presence, build brand awareness, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, website, Google, and other online platforms.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content, posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Develop content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.




Support lead-generation campaigns and coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.
Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Assist in organizing promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and other brand-building initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or brand management.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Good content writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva / graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
Creative mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
