Hospital/Clinic Admin – Digital Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and computer-savvy Hospital/Clinic Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day digital and administrative work of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Patient data entry and registration in the clinic management system
Maintain and update digital patient records
Prescription scanning and digital record management
Manage appointments and appointment reminders
Handle WhatsApp Business and online patient communication
Maintain and update Excel sheets and records
Manage online patient enquiries and communications
Supervise and coordinate the clinic's social media activities while working alongside our separate Social Media Manager
Manage clinic computers, printers, scanners and basic IT requirements
Coordinate with clinic software/IT vendors whenever required
Manage digital files, documents, data backup and access
Prepare basic daily/weekly digital reports
Ensure accurate and timely data entry while maintaining patient confidentiality




Handle other day-to-day online and digital clinic management tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:
Valuable computer knowledge and typing skills
Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets
Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and online communication
Experience with hospital/clinic management software is preferred
Ability to scan, organise and maintain digital documents
Positive communication and organisational skills
Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
Ability to learn current software and digital systems quickly
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or healthcare setup is preferred

Significant: This is primarily a digital operations and administration role. Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
