ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Spatial Designer / Visualiser for a Full-Time On-Site role based in Gurgaon. This position requires strong 3D and experiential design skills with joining expected within 15 days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop creative concepts and spatial designs for museums, exhibitions and experiential projects
- Create high-fidelity 3D visualizations, detailed layouts, mood boards and design presentations using industry-standard pipelines
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual and spatial experiences with precise attention to scale, circulation, lighting and material specification
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to generate concepts, textures, assets and iterative design variations
- Collaborate with architects, 3D artists, developers,



fabricators and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through technical implementation

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong expertise in Spatial Design, Experience Design, Environmental Graphics and 3D Visualization
- Proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unreal Engine 5 or similar 3D authoring platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools including Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway and ComfyUI workflows
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro for post-production and motion design
- Outstanding creative thinking, visual storytelling abilities and understanding of real-world fabrication constraints
