Plant Maintenance
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and instrumentation issues.
Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, equipment history, and records.
Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without affecting production.

Manage the operation and maintenance of major plant utilities such as:
DG sets and electrical power systems
Transformers, HT/LT panels, MCC and PCC panels
Air compressors and compressed-air systems
Chillers and cooling towers
HVAC and ventilation systems
Boilers and steam systems, where applicable
Water treatment / RO / ETP / STP systems
Pumps, motors, piping, and utility distribution systems
Fire-fighting and other critical utility systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
