Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the eCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture roadmap.
Design scalable integrations across Search, Catalogue, Inventory, Cart, Checkout, OMS, ERP, and CRM platforms.
Lead API-first and microservices-based integrations with payment, logistics, personalization, and analytics platforms.
Drive adoption of Headless Commerce, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps practices.
Optimize eCommerce platforms for performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and omnichannel experiences.
Establish technical, coding, security, and compliance standards across the eCommerce ecosystem.
Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills
10+ years of eCommerce Architecture experience




Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
Experience with Search, Catalogue, Cart, Checkout, Inventory, and OMS
Robust understanding of ERP and CRM integrations
Hands-on experience with APIs, Microservices, and cloud technologies
Knowledge of AWS/Azure and DevOps
Experience in large-scale Retail eCommerce implementations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Valuable to Have
Experience with Headless Commerce
Omnichannel retail capabilities such as BOPIS and Ship-from-Store
Experience with personalization and analytics platforms
Solid understanding of eCommerce security and performance optimization
