Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture Top MDRT, COT, TOT & high-performing Advisors for business growth and retention.
Drive sales, servicing, advisor engagement and productivity.
Acquire new high-potential advisors, with 40% focus on onboarding Top Advisors.
Build robust relationships with existing and prospective advisors.
Achieve business targets through effective sales planning and advisor activation.
Ensure consistent performance, customer servicing and compliance.

Eligibility
Maximum Age: 52 Years
Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Life Insurance Sales.
Last YTD Business Achievement: Minimum 40 Lakhs.
Robust track record of handling MDRT/COT/TOT & high-performing advisors.
Excellent communication, relationship management and sales skills.

Ideal Candidate: A proven Life Insurance Sales skilled with a strong advisor network and demonstrated ability to manage and grow a high-value advisor portfolio.
