Responsibilities:
Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install and configure Windows, applications, and system devices.
Handle user tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to the L2 team when required.
Mandatory Skills:
Windows OS & basic troubleshooting
Hardware & software troubleshooting
Basic networking (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
Active Directory basics
Ticketing tools
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
