Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, and final bills as per contract requirements.
Prepare BOQ measurements, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing statements.
Coordinate with the Project, Planning, QS, and Execution teams for accurate measurement and billing.
Verify work executed at site and ensure measurements are properly recorded and certified.
Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, deviation statements, and reconciliation.
Review contract conditions, BOQ, specifications, and applicable billing clauses.




Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification, approvals, and resolution of billing queries.
Track certified bills, outstanding payments, retention, advances, and recoveries.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to client billing and contractual claims.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4–8 years of experience in client billing/QS, preferably with high-rise, super high-rise, or large-scale EPC projects.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures
