As a Customer Support Service Executive, you will be the frontline representative of the company, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assist customers across multiple communication channels, resolve their concerns efficiently, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels.
•Resolve customer concerns by providing timely and accurate solutions.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
•Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
•Ensure a positive and skilled customer experience at every interaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
