Oversee Distribution Centre operations.
Responsible for entire Operations from Opening to closing the Distribution Centre
Responsible for retention, training and new hiring of Delivery Boys
Monitor team performances and provide feedback for regular improvements.
Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
Developing and implementing Distribution safety and security

Should be based out of Bangalore(must be aware of all the areas of Bangalore)

Ready to work from 3am to 11:30am

Open to work for any given space-No Office Space, AC Cabin & Workstations.

Should be able to communicate in Kannada Language (proficient would be preferred)
