Roles and Responsibility
Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through weddings and corporate events.
Lead and manage a team of event planners, coordinators, and support staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align on promotional activities and customer engagement.
Analyze event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a leadership role within the hotel or restaurant industry.
Solid understanding of the hospitality market, including current trends and competitor analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with event management software and technology platforms is an asset.
