Develop 3D CAD models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
Apply advanced GDT principles and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Own the complete Product Data Management (PDM/PLM) workflow.
Data management
Provide core design support.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Deliver hands-on manufacturing support.
Identify and troubleshoot production defects.
Design custom production fixtures and assembly tooling.
Evaluate supplier prototypes and casting samples
Drive root-cause analysis investigations.
