Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor the Distributed Control System (DCS) from the control room.
Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, pH and vacuum.
Control and monitor reactors, pumps, valves, tanks and other process equipment.
Maintain process parameters within specified operating limits.
Monitor DCS alarms and take immediate corrective action as per SOP and operating procedures.Preferred candidate profile
