We are a growing Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dealer cum Operations & Admin Executive to support our investment, operational, and administrative functions. This is a hands-on role in a lean team, offering exposure to the complete investment operations lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Execute equity trades as instructed by the Fund Manager.
Coordinate with brokers, custodians, banks, and fund accountants for seamless trade settlement and operations.
Monitor trade confirmations, portfolio reconciliations, and corporate actions.
Maintain trade records, investment documentation, and operational MIS.
Support investor onboarding, KYC documentation, and record management.
Coordinate with auditors, trustees, compliance consultants, and other service providers.
Assist with SEBI AIF compliance documentation and regulatory filings.
Handle banking activities, vendor coordination, office administration, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Ensure accurate maintenance of physical and digital records.Role & responsibilities
